摘  要:在建设"国家一流本科课程"的背景下,基于"体医融合"视角,秉承"学、练、用"一体化的教学设计理念,利用"中国大学MOOC"网络教学平台建设《24式太极拳》线上开放课程。文章分析当前太极拳线上课程建设现状,揭示面临的困境与不足,梳理《24式太极拳》课程建设经验,总结太极拳类线上课程建设策略,以期为推动太极拳国内外推广、为相关专业的网络课程开发建设及教学实践提供参考。Under the background of the national first-class undergraduate curriculum, from the view of the integration of sports and medicine, this paper follows the integral teaching thoughts of learning, practice and application and makes use of the 24-style taijiquan(tai chi chuan, a kind of traditional Chinese shadow boxing) open curriculum on the MOOC of Chinese Universities Online Platform and analyses the status quo of taijiquan online course. Its obstacles and shortcomings are also revealed. By sorting out the experience of the construction of 24-style taijiquan curriculum and concluding the strategy, this paper aims at promoting taijiquan overseas and offering reference for the development of professional online curriculum and teaching practice.
