校企合作视角下高职学生思想政治教育创新研究

摘　　要：校企合作背景下有效开展学生思想政治教育是高职院校学生思想政治工作面临的重要课题。阐述了校企合作开展高职学生思想政治教育的意义和存在的问题,提出了加强思想政治队伍建设、发挥企业育人功能、创新思想政治教育载体等校企协同开展高职学生思想政治教育的新举措。Under the background of school-enterprise cooperation,the effective development of students'ideological and political education is an important task in higher vocational colleges.The significance and existing problems of school-enterprise cooperation in carrying out the ideological and political education of higher vocational students are elaborated,and new measures for school-enterprise cooperation in carrying out the ideological and political education of higher vocational students are put forward,such as strengthening the construction of ideological and political team,giving full play to the educational function of enterprises,and innovating the carrier of ideological and political education.
