摘 要:我国现行的中小学教师教育体系对教师资格的指向是限定学科和学段的,难以适应国家和社会对课程改革、教育发展和教师素养的新要求。对此,高师院校需要发挥自身优势,主动构建教师培养模式群,积极开发弹性化人才培养方案,充分整合校内外优质教育资源,打造有利于跨学科、跨学段、跨场域的双能型教师培养的生态环境。相应地,还要加强在课程审定、学分管理和资格考试等方面的实践探索与创新,主动优化双能型教师的资格认可。The current education system for primary and secondary school teachers in China limits the direction of teacher qualifications within disciplines and study phases,which is difficult to adapt to the new requirements of the country and society for curriculum reform,education development and teacher literacy.Therefore,normal colleges and universities need to give full play to their own advantages,take the initiative to build a teacher training model group,actively develop flexible talent training programs,fully integrate high-quality educational resources inside and outside the school,and create an ecological environment conducive to interdisciplinary,cross-learning,cross-field dual-ability teacher training.Accordingly,it is necessary to strengthen practical exploration and innovation in curriculum review,credit management and qualification examination,and actively optimize the qualification recognition of dual-ability teachers.
