摘　　要：新中国成立之后,我国进入社会主义革命和建设时期。在中国共产党领导和人民政府有关方针政策指引下,新中国的职业教育继承革命根据地教育的优良传统,吸收旧教育的有用经验,学习苏联办学的有益做法,走上了一条结合中国实际创造性发展的道路。在《共同纲领》指引下发展人民的职业教育,在过渡时期的总路线带动下初步建立职业教育制度,在社会主义建设道路探索过程中围绕党的教育方针开展了职业教育办学探索。所取得的用革命式的办法办好面向人民的职业教育,以服务社会主义建设为己任办好面向经济发展的职业教育,做改革的先锋办好适应中国实际的职业教育的经验,为今后职业教育的发展和改革奠定了坚实的理论与实践基础。After the founding of New China,it entered a period of socialist revolution and construction.Under the leadership of the Communist Party of China and the guidance of the relevant policies of the People’s Government,vocational education in New China has inherited the fine tradition of education in the revolutionary base areas,absorbed the useful experience of old education,learned the useful practices of running schools in the Soviet Union,and develops creatively in combination with China’s actual conditions.Under the guidance of the"Common Program",the people’s vocational education was developed,and the vocational education system was initially established under the leadership of the general line of the transition period.What we have achieved is to use revolutionary methods to run vocational education for the people,to serve socialist construction as our own responsibility to run vocational education oriented to economic development,to be a pioneer in reform and to run a good vocational education that adapts to China’s actual experience,which have laid a solid theoretical and practical foundation for the development and reform of education.
