摘　　要：目的提高对中药和食品中非法添加染色物的监管水平。方法从现行质量标准对染色添加物的标准要求,各国对掺假现象的监管,以及非法添加染色物的检测3个方面分析中药和食品中非法添加染色物的现状。结果各国允许中药和食品中添加染色物的标准存在差异,借助先进的检测技术可准确、快速地测定添加的染色物。结论及时制定和更新国家标准,并与国际标准接轨,积极开发新检测技术,可有效提高中药和食品中非法添加染色物的监管水平。Objective To improve the supervision level of dyes illegally added in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)and food.Methods The current situation of dyes illegally added in TCM and food was analyzed from three aspects:the standard requirements of current quality standards for added dyes,the supervision of adulteration in various countries,and the detection of illegally added dyes.Results There were differences in the standards of allowing the addition of dyes in TCM and food in various countries.With the help of advanced detection technology,the added dyes can be determined accurately and quickly.Conclusion Timely formulating and updating national standards,integrating with international standards and actively developing new detection technologies can effectively improve the supervision level of dyes illegally added in TCM and food.
