摘　　要：文章以中医药文化创新为导向,将中医养生理念、中医药文化知识和书法练养结合在一起,强调"天人合一,和谐共生",使人体小宇宙适应天地大宇宙,求得天人和谐,把书法养生和辽宁道地药材、四季寒暑结合在一起,来调节起居、情志,以促进人们身心健康,传播中医健康知识,提高艺术修养,促进辽宁健康产业、文化产业繁荣发展。This paper is guided by the cultural innovation of traditional Chinese medicine,combines the concept of health preservation of traditional Chinese medicine,cultural knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine and improve calligraphy,and emphasizes“harmony between man and nature”,making the human universe adapt to the universe of heaven and earth,seek harmony between heaven and people,calligraphy and health and Liaoning Taoist medicine,four seasons cold and heat together,to adjust the daily life,emotion,in order to promote people’s physical and mental health,so as to promote people’s physical and mental health,spread health knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine,improve artistic accomplishment,and promote the prosperity and development of health industry and cultural industry in Liaoning province.
