摘　　要：1+X证书制度改革试点是职业教育研究的前沿问题。传统教学设计的线性化、决定论倾向、封闭性等特征与1+X证书制度教学标准相差较远,迫切需要加强教学设计的创新。文章提出了将1+X证书制度与专创融合路桥专业教学标准相融合的设计要求、将X证书相关内容融入路桥专业人才培养目标、搭建1+X相互融通的专业课程体系、建立1+X证书制度师资队伍、完善1+X证书制度相关的配套机制等策略,有利于培养高素质技能型人才。The pilot reform of 1+X certificate system is the frontier issue of vocational education research.The characteristics of traditional teaching design,such as linearization,determinism tendency and closeness,are far from the teaching standard of 1+X certificate system,so it is urgent to strengthen the innovation of teaching design.This paper puts forward the design requirements of integrating the 1+X certificate system with the teaching standards of road and bridge specialty,integrating the relevant contents of X certificate into the training objectives of road and bridge professionals,building a professional curriculum system of 1+X mutual integration,establishing a teaching staff of 1+X certificate system,and perfecting the relevant supporting mechanisms.It is conducive to the cultivation of high-quality skilled talents.
