摘 要:培智学校生活数学课堂有效教学是保障教学质量及促进学生发展的关键要素。通过对6名培智学校生活数学教师进行访谈发现,培智学校生活数学课堂教学的有效性受到教师专业、学生特质、学校管理、家长支持四方面因素影响,其中教师作为教学主体,提供内在驱动力;学生作为学习主体,提供主体存在;学校作为领导核心,提供资源支持;家长作为合作伙伴,提供外在辅助力。为保证培智学校生活数学课堂的有效教学,应加强教师的自我反思,调整不当教学行为;尊重学生个体差异,创新多种课程模式;提升学校管理水平,关注不同教龄教师需求;关注家庭需求,做好家校衔接,加强家校合作。Effective teaching in life mathematics classroom in mentally retarded schools is the key factor to ensure teaching quality and promote students'development.Through the interview with 6 life mathematics teachers in mentally retarded schools,it is found that the effectiveness of life mathematics classroom teaching in mentally retarded schools is affected by four factors:Teachers'specialty,students,characteristics,school management and parentssupport.Among them,teachers are the driving force and provide internal driving force;Students are the source of subject and provide subject existence;The school is the source of leadership and provides resource support;Parents are the source of cooperation and provide external assistance.In order to ensure the effective teaching of life mathematics classroom in mentally retarded schools,teachers should strengthen their self reflection and adjust their improper teaching behavior;Respect students'individual differences and innovate a variety of curriculum models;Improve the school management level and pay attention to the needs of teachers of different teaching ages;Pay attention to family needs,do a good job in home school connection,and strengthen home school cooperation.
