摘　　要：网络教学团队的建设水平决定着成人远程教育人才培养的质量。从团队建设与管理的视角,透视困扰网络教学团队发展的目标指向不精准、重建轻管、团队角色不平衡、团队建设活动少等现实问题,进而剖析问题产生的根源,以国开网络教学团队的组织和运行为切口,结合实际,提出建管原则、实施策略和实践路径。The construction level of network teaching team determines the quality of talent training of adult distance education.From the perspective of team construction and management,this paper analyzes the practical problems that perplex the development of online teaching team,such as inaccurate target orientation,light management in reconstruction,unbalanced team role and less team construction activities,and then analyzes the root causes of the problems,and puts forward the construction and management principles,implementation strategies and practice paths based on the organization and operation behavior of CDB online teaching team.
