摘  要:文章提出建构基于现代学徒制的高职拔尖创新人才培养模式:构建“三段递阶模块化”课程体系,校企协同努力培养拔尖创新人才;打造卓越的“双师”教师团队,实现双师的协同育人;构建“角色扮演,分组教学,跟岗实训”三位一体教学模式,形成工学结合、知行合一的课堂教学和实践教学;实施“五位一体”的教学评价模式,形成科学合理的多元评价体系。通过加强“双师”教师团队建设,构建“递阶式”创新创业课程体系,优化教学模式、创新教学评价体系等人才培养路径,提升学生创新创业能力,培养拔尖创新人才。The article proposes to construct a model for training topnotch innovative talents in higher vocational education based on the modern apprenticeship system: build a “three-stage hierarchical modularization” curriculum system, schools and enterprises work together to cultivate topnotch innovative talents;create an excellent “dual-teacher” team of teachers to achieve double-teaching Cooperative education;implement the trinity teaching model of “role play, group teaching, and follow-up training” to form classroom teaching and practical teaching that combine work and study, knowledge and action;form a “five-in-one” teaching evaluation model to form a scientific and reasonable multi-evaluation system. By strengthening the construction of the “dual-teacher” teacher team, building a “step-by-step” innovation and entrepreneurship curriculum system, optimizing teaching models, innovative teaching evaluation systems and other talent training paths, enhancing students’ innovation and entrepreneurship capabilities, and cultivating topnotch innovative talents.
