摘　　要：高职扩招是党中央、国务院作出的重大决策,是落实《国家职业教育改革实施方案》、充分激活高职教育资源的重要举措。现代职业教育具有职业院校、行业企业、社会组织等多方参与的特征,激发企业参与活力,健全企业参与制度,完善校企合作机制,构成了我国深化职业教育改革的重要内容,同时也构成了完成国家高职扩招高质量人才培养任务的实施路径。Higher Vocational enrollment expansion is a major decision made by the Party Central Committee and the State Council,and an important measure to implement the National Vocational Education Reform Implementation Plan and fully activate higher vocational education resources.Modern vocational education has the characteristics of multi-party participation of vocational colleges,industry enterprises and social organizations.Stimulating the vitality of enterprise participation,improving the enterprise participation system and improving the school enterprise cooperation mechanism constitute the important content of deepening the reform of Vocational Education in China,and also constitute the implementation path to complete the task of national higher vocational enrollment expansion and high-quality talent training.
