摘　　要：创新创业教育的关键内容就是理念引导,以劳动幸福作为新时代高校创新创业教育的基本理念,明确了教育要育人幸福的价值指向。劳动幸福理念下的大学生创新创业教育应该构建“知识素养+技能素养”“科学素养+价值素养”“信息素养+创造素养”联动关系。基于此,为提升大学生以劳动创造幸福的能力,创新创业教育应坚持教育教学观念、教学组织形式、社会外部环境和创新实践平台相统筹的实践进路,为培育具有创造幸福生活的时代新人贡献力量。The key of innovation and entrepreneurship education is power activation.Taking labor happiness as the basic concept of cultivating college students′innovation and entrepreneurship literacy in the new era,it defines the happiness direction of education.The cultivation of College Students′innovation and entrepreneurship literacy under the concept of labor happiness constructs the interactive relationship of"knowledge literacy+skill literacy""scientific literacy+value literacy"and"information literacy+creative literacy".Based on this,in order to improve the ability of college students to create happiness through labor,innovation and entrepreneurship education should adhere to the practice approach of coordinating education and teaching concept,teaching organization form,social external environment and innovation practice platform,so as to contribute to the cultivation of new generation who can create a happy life.
