摘  要:为了支撑高素质工程应用型人才培养,深化产教融合、校企合作,提出以“成果导向教育”理念确定专业人才培养目标,反向设计电子信息实践教学框架,重构教学内容。以CDIO工程教育指导实践教学过程,以工程项目形式架构知识体系,形成完整的系统工程思维及实践。教学实践表明,该模式的有效实施,激发了学生的积极性和创新性,提高了学生的团队合作能力和学生知识应用以及工程实践能力,能满足行业对电子信息类人才的需求。To support high-quality engineering applied talents training, and deepen the integration production and education, and cooperation among colleges, the “outcomes-based education”(OBE) concept is put forward to determine the target of talent cultivation. The reverse design is used to carry out practice teaching of electronic information framework, and reconstruct teaching contents. The CDIO engineering education is used to guide the practice teaching process, and the framework of knowledge is formed by engineering projects. These form a complete system for engineering thinking and action. Teaching practice shows that the effective implementation of this model stimulates students’ enthusiasm and innovation, improves students’ teamwork ability, knowledge application and engineering practice ability, and satisfies the industry’s demand for electronic information talents.
