新时代高职院校实践教学管理的优化路径研究

摘　　要：实践教学是职业教育的生命线,对高职院校人才培养质量产生直接影响。为培养高素质职业技能型人才,高职院校需要通过改进实践教学管理工作,提升实践教学质量,才能将教育重心从理论转移到理论与实践并重上来,解决学生理论知识过硬、实践技能不足的问题,进而提升学生的就业核心竞争力。基于此,对高职院校实践教学管理改革的必要性进行分析,根据管理工作现状针对性提出具体的改革策略,以期为高职院校实践教学质量的提升提供参考。Practical teaching is the lifeline of vocational education,and has a direct impact on the quality of talent training in higher vocational colleges.In order to continuously cultivate high-quality vocational and technical talents,higher vocational colleges need to improve the management of practical teaching and improve the quality of practical teaching,in order to shift the focus of education from theory to equal emphasis on theory and practice,solve the problem of students strong theoretical knowledge and insufficient practical skill,and then enhance the core competitiveness of students in employment.Based on this,this paper analyzes the necessity of the reform of practical teaching management in higher vocational colleges,and proposes specific reform strategies according to the current situation of management,in order to provide the reference for the improvement of practical teaching quality in higher vocational colleges.
