摘  要:目的探讨基于雨课堂的以问题为导向的教学法在传染科住院医师规范化培训教学中的应用效果。方法选择80名在西安交通大学第二附属医院传染科轮转的住培学员为研究对象(时间跨度2020年4月—2021年5月),随机分为对照组(n=42)和试验组(n=38):对照组采用传统教学方法,试验组采用PBL联合雨课堂教学方法;两组学员轮转结束时进行考核评价;利用雨课堂对试验组学员进行问卷调查。结果试验组学员在病例分析、客观评价及总成绩等方面均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);而两组在理论考核、技能考核成绩方面的差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验组问卷调查结果显示,学员对这种教学方式非常满意(23.68%)或者满意(63.16%),在激发学习兴趣和提高自主学习能力方面能够得到学员的认可,学员非常愿意(26.32%)或者愿意(60.53%)在其他课程中推广应用。结论同传统教学比较,基于雨课堂的PBL教学模式更有助于提高住培学员的学习兴趣和综合素质,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of problem-based leaning(PBL)teaching mode based on Rain Classroom in resident standardization training in the department of infectious diseases.Methods From April 2020 to May 2021,80 residents participated in rotation in the department of infectious diseases of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Jiaotong University were selected and divided into two groups,with 42 residents in the control group and 38 in the experimental group.Traditional teaching method was used in the teaching of the control group,while PBL combined Rain Classroom teaching method was adopted in the teaching of the experimental group.Assessment was made after the rotation,and questionnaire survey was conducted among resi-dents in the experimental group through Rain Classroom.Results Residents in the experimental group achieved better scores than those in the control group in case analysis,objective evaluation and total score,and statistic significance exists in the difference(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in theory assessment and skill assessment(P>0.05).According to the questionnaire survey,residents were very satisfied(23.68%)or satisfied(63.16%)with this teaching method,and they recognized it in stimulating learning interest and improving autonomous learning ability.26.32%of the students are very willing and 60.53%of the students are willing to promote its application in other courses.Conclusion Compared with traditional teaching,PBL teaching mode based on Rain Classroom is more conducive to improving residents'learning interest and comprehensive quality,and is worthy of promotion and appli-cation.
