摘 要:该文主要采用问卷调查法对贵州省黔南州初中化学教师教学效能感的现状进行了调查和分析,得到结果:整体上,黔南州初中化学教师的教学效能感处于良好水平,但教学效果并不是很理想;随着教龄的增加,教学效能感总体上呈现V字形变化;总体上看,随着职称的提高,教学效能感也逐渐增强;担任班主任的化学老师课堂教学效能感比较低,担任学校中层干部的化学老师课堂教学效能感比较高。对问卷结果进行分析,提出提高教师教学监控能力、关注新教师成长、倡导教师相互学习与交流、师生形成良好互动关系、改进教师评价方式等建议。This paper mainly uses the questionnaire method to investigate and analyze the current situation of junior high school chemistry teachers’ teaching efficacy in Qiannan Prefecture, Guizhou Province. On the whole,the teaching efficacy of junior high school chemistry teachers in Qiannan Prefecture is at a good level, but the teaching effect is not very ideal;With the increase of teaching age, the sense of teaching efficacy generally presents a“V-shape”change;with the improvement of professional title, the sense of teaching efficacy is also gradually improved;the sense of classroom teaching efficacy of chemistry teachers as head teachers is relatively low,while the sense of classroom teaching efficacy of chemistry teachers as middle-level cadres is relatively high. According to the analysis results, some suggestions are put forward, such as improving teachers’ teaching monitoring ability, paying attention to the growth of new teachers, advocating teachers’ mutual learning and communication,forming a good interactive relationship between teachers and students, and improving teachers’ evaluation methods.
