摘　　要：系统介绍了家禽病毒性传染病疫苗的生产应用虚拟仿真实验项目,该实验项目从鸡胚的孵化开始,经过分子实验室疫苗的研发与质检,最后到疫苗接种于动物,应用虚拟仿真技术把家禽病毒性疫苗生产流程生动形象地展示出来,将动物医学专业相关课程的知识点串联起来,丰富了实践教学的方式,激发了学生的学习兴趣。The poultry viral infectious disease vaccine production and application of virtual simulation experiment project were introduced in this paper. The project from the beginning of the chicken embryo incubation, through molecular laboratory vaccine research and development and quality inspection, and finally to the vaccination in animals, the application of virtual simulation technology is used to show the vivid image of the poultry viral vaccine production process. The knowledge points of the related courses of animal medicine major are connected in series through the pilot project, so as to enrich the way of practice teaching and stimulate students’ interest in learning.
