摘 要:提高青少年法治素养,是全面依法治国的基石,需要专门的法治教育人才队伍予以支撑。对1 835名中小学法治教师的教育背景、工作任务、个人发展情况等进行调查分析,结果显示其普遍面临未接受过法学专业学历教育、法治素养不足,需进行多学科教学或兼任教职以外其他职务、工作任务繁重,集体归属感弱,参与在职培训机会少,个人发展空间不足等问题,影响了青少年法治教育效果的进一步提升。因此建议通过学历培养、在职培训体系的构建与外部发展环境的优化,逐步形成完备的中小学法治师资培育机制。Improving teenagers’ law-related literacy is the cornerstone of the comprehensive rule of law,which requires the support of a special team of law-related educational talents.Results of the investigation into the educational background,work tasks and personal development of 1 835 primary and secondary school law-related teachers show that they generally face the problems of having not received the academic education of law major,lack of legal professional quality,carrying out multi-disciplinary teaching or holding other positions other than teaching posts,heavy workload,weak sense of collective belonging,few opportunities for in-service training,lack of personal development space,and so on,affecting the further improvement of the effect of teenagers’ law-related education.Therefore,it is suggested to gradually form a complete cultivation mechanism for law-related teachers in primary and secondary schools through academic training,the construction of in-service training system and the optimization of the external environment.
