摘　　要：艰苦奋斗精神是中国共产党在革命、建设、改革时期取得胜利的重要法宝。梳理了艰苦奋斗精神的历史演进,阐述了其时代价值,提出在思政课教学中为学生供给艰苦奋斗理论知识、在红色网络矩阵中培养学生艰苦奋斗意识、在社会实践活动中培养学生的艰苦奋斗品格、在红色基因传承中培养学生艰苦奋斗意志的实施路径。新时代,艰苦奋斗精神是实现中华民族伟大复兴的力量源泉和精神支柱。The spirit of hard work is an important weapon for the Communist Party of China to achieve victory in the period of revolution, construction and reform. This paper sorts out the historical evolution of the spirit of hard work and expounds its value of the times. It also puts forward the ways to provide students with theoretical knowledge of hard work in ideological and political teaching, to cultivate their consciousness of hard work in red network matrix, to cultivate their quality of hard work in social practice, and to cultivate their will to work hard in the inheritance of red genes. The new era carries forward the spirit of hard struggle, which is the source of strength and spiritual support for the realization of the Chinese Dream.
