摘 要:为进一步落实1+X证书制度,将1+X证书内容有机融入到专业人才培养方案中。文章以食品营养与检测专业为例,就1+X证书制度下如何实现书证融通展开探索,分别从人才培养模式、“课证融合”课程体系、三教改革、“课赛证”融合等方面探讨了书证融通路径。通过高职食品营养检测专业与粮农食品安全评价中级证书的书证融通实践,发现师资队伍建设成效显著,学生技能水平不断提高,大大提升了食品营养与检测专业的复合型人才培养能力。In order to further implement the"one graduation certificate with numerous professional certificates"system(hereinafter referred to as 1+X certificate system)and organically integrate the content of the 1+X into the professional talent training program,this paper takes the major of food nutrition and testing as an example to explore how to realize the integration of one graduation certificate with numerous professional certificates.This paper probes into the way of the integration of one graduation certificate with numerous professional certificates from the aspects of talent cultivation mode,"course-certificate integration"curriculum system,the reform of teachers,teaching materials and teaching methods,and"course and certificate".Through the practice of integrating of food nutrition testing major and intermediate certificate of food and agriculture safety evaluation in higher vocational colleges,the results showed that the construction of teaching staff has achieved remarkable results,and the skill level of students has been continuously improved,which greatly improves the cultivation ability of inter-disciplinary talents in food nutrition and testing major.
