摘　　要：高职院校学生具有结构多元、文化差异明显、思想状态活跃等特点。高职院校处在高速扩张向内涵式建设转型阶段,对高职学生开展思想政治教育存在教育生态系统的主体素质不高、客体构成多元、教育内容上理论与实践脱节、隐形教育方式不足、思政课教师教学方式生活化不足等困境。为此,需要开展完善思想政治教育生态系统、工匠精神融入思想政治教育、创新思想政治教育生活化、注重红色基因教育引领等工作,以提升思想政治教育的实效。Higher vocational college students have the characteristics of multiple structure,obvious cultural differences and active ideological state.In addition,higher vocational colleges are in the stage of transformation from high-speed expansion to connotative construction.During the process of carrying out ideological and political education for higher vocational college students,there are still some problems,such as the low quality of the main body of the education ecosystem,the pluralistic composition of the object,the disconnection between the theory and practice in the education content,the lack of invisible education methods,effective and living teaching methods for Ideological and political course teachers.Therefore,we need to improve the ecological system of Ideological and political education,integrate craftsman spirit into Ideological and political education,innovate ideological and political education in daily life,and pay attention to the red gene education,so as to improve the effectiveness of Ideological and political education.
