摘 要:为缓解理性和共识危机,西方流行的现代化论述提出了构建公共性、公共理性和交往理性等概念,寄望借由某种程序理性复造社会共识。而完整的共识机制须由价值理性与程序理性共同担保,公共性不能退守、窄化至程序规范之维。清理中国传统社会共识观念史,可发现公道凝摄、公理体认和公议确证三种共识机制及其价值之源。此三种设计,为重构现代社会共识机制,平衡多元与同一、自由与秩序、价值理性与工具理性等复杂关系,提供了重要的历史镜像和观念参照。To alleviate the crisis of rationality and consensus,the dominant Western discourse on modernization put forward such concepts as publicity construction,public rationality and communicative rationality,in the hope of reconstructing social consensus through some procedural rationality.However,the complete consensus mechanism should be jointly guaranteed by both value rationality and procedural rationality,and publicity cannot retreat or narrow down to the dimension of procedural norms.This paper clears up the history of the concept of traditional Chinese social consensus,and puts forward such three consensus mechanisms as fair condensation,axiomatic recognition and confirmation through public discussion,in an attempt to reveal the source of its value.These three designs provide an important historical mirror image and conceptual reference for the purpose of reconstructing the consensus mechanism of modern society and balancing the complex relations between pluralism and identity,freedom and order,and value rationality and instrumental rationality.
