摘　　要：中医伦理思想根植于中华文明,是庚续中医医脉与中华优秀传统文化“守正创新”的重要资源,在新时代医学人才培养的背景下,推进新医科建设,须发挥中医伦理在塑造人的道德性情、促进人的全面发展、增强文化自信、彰显学科底色等方面的作用。在此基础上,本文通过探讨构建以“四心”为核心的医学人文教育体系,探索医学生人文精神培养和价值塑造的实践路径。Traditional Chinese medicine ethics,rooted in Chinese civilization,is an important resource for the continuation of traditional Chinese medicine and the " integrity and innovation" of excellent Chinese traditional culture.Under the background of medical personnel training in the new era,in order to promote the construction of New Medicine,it is necessary to play the role of traditional Chinese medicine ethics in shaping the people’s moral temperament,promoting the people's all-round development,enhancing their cultural confidence and highlighting the background of discipline.Based on which,the practical path of humanistic spirit cultivation and value shaping of medical students was explored by constructing the medical humanistic education system with the core of“four hearts”.
