前庭疾病国际分类框架下病例教学法在耳内科规培教学中的应用

摘　　要：耳内科学是指以内耳及与之相关的听觉平衡通路的病变和功能异常为主要诊治对象的非手术专业医学领域,前庭疾病是耳内科疾病谱的重要组成部分。2015年《前庭疾病国际分类概述》一文发表,使得前庭疾病临床诊断与研究更加清晰、明确、条理化,此文为耳内科规培医师规范学习掌握前庭疾病诊疗指明了方向。我院耳内科作为国家耳鼻咽喉疾病临床医学研究中心的耳内科规培基地,现将我们在前庭疾病教学实践中的做法进行总结,应用2015年前庭疾病国际分类(International Classification of Vestibular Disorders, ICVD)标准及指南内容与典型病例相结合的教学模式开展示教分析和教学,达到ICVD四个层面的框架解读及深入理解,旨在对国内耳内科医师规培教学提供借鉴和参考。Audiology and Vestibular Medicine is an internal medicine discipline focusing on the diagnosis and treatment of diseases and disorders in the inner ear and associated auditory and balance pathways, among which vertigo is a crucial part of the disease spectrum. In 2015, an overview on the international classification of vestibular diseases was published, opening a new chapter in the clinical diagnosis and research of vestibular diseases with increased clarity and improved organization, providing the direction for standardized physicians training focused on audiology and vestibular medicine. This paper summarizes our methods in vestibular diseases training. Our teaching model combines the2015 International Classification of Vestibular Disorders(ICVD) with typical cases, to achieve a comprehensive understanding of the ICVD framework at all four levels, providing an example for audiology and vestibular training in China.
