摘　　要：近年来,广东职业技术学院与行业龙头企业合作进行订单班合作培养、共建校企应用技术学院、共建产教融合基地等培养模式,开展了卓有成效的现代纺织技术专业订单班人才培养创新实践,但是订单班培养实施过程中产生很多问题,一定程度上影响了人才培养的效果。所以高职院校需要重视相关的实施举措,促进学校和纺织企业在人才培养、基地建设、科技合作、订单培养、课程共建、教材开发等方面进行了深入的合作等,全面提升学生的专业技术能力和素养。In recent years, Guangdong Polytechnic has cooperated with industry leading enterprises to carry out production and education training such as order class cooperative training, joint construction of school-enterprise applied technology college and industry-education integration base, and achieved fruitful innovative practice of talent training of modern textile technology specialty order class. However, there are many problems in the implementation of order class training, which affect the effect of talent training to a certain extent.Therefore, higher vocational colleges need to pay attention to relevant implementation measures to promote the in-depth cooperation between schools and textile enterprises in talent training, base construction, scientific and technological cooperation, order training, curriculum co-construction, textbook development and other aspects, so as to comprehensively improve students’ professional and technical ability and accomplishmen.
