佛山产教融合型企业建设的问题与对策

摘　　要：产教融合型企业是时代的产物,是国家职业教育改革的重大实践,佛山应抓住时机建设产教融合型企业,加快地方产业转型升级,实现职业教育高质量发展。在产教融合型企业的建设实践中,存在培育环境不完善、企业动力不足、缺少长效运行机制和评价体系等现实问题。产教融合型企业的建设需要一定时间,发展也是一个长期持续的过程,佛山市政府可以利用行业协会整合企业资源并对企业加强宣传引导,学校要找准企业需求激发其产教融合的积极性,通过详细的评价指标体系监督企业持续参与产教融合型企业建设,助力人才培养和地方经济建设。The industry-education integration enterprise is the product of the times and a major practice of the national vocational education reform.Foshan should seize the opportunity to build industry-education integration enterprises,speed up the transformation and upgrading of local industries and realize the high-quality development of vocational education.In the construction practice of industry-education integration enterprises,there are some practical problems,such as imperfect cultivation environment,insufficient enterprise power,lack of long-term operation mechanism and evaluation system.The construction of industry-education integration enterprises takes a certain time,and the development is also a long-term and continuous process.Foshan municipal government can use industry associations to integrate enterprise resources and strengthen publicity and guidance to enterprises.The school should identify the needs of enterprises,stimulate their enthusiasm for industry education integration,and supervise enterprises to continuously participate in the construction of industry education integration enterprises through detailed evaluation system indicators,talent training and local economic construction will be promoted.
