摘  要:基于百万扩招背景,对高职院校师资队伍建设的对策进行了研究,旨在分析百万扩招后高职院校师资队伍的新要求,为高职扩招工作的顺利开展提供人力资源保障。通过对广东省18所一流高职院校现有师资队伍的结构进行分析,总结出高职师资队伍存在数量不足、质量不高和内涵不足等主要问题。在此基础上,借鉴国内外理论研究成果和实践经验,提出多措并举、定向引才,完善聘用管理方式,多方位构建师资新生态环境,加强专兼结合的师资队伍,推进教师管理制度改革,激发教师内生发展动力的高职师资队伍建设举措,从数量和质量上保障扩招后的师资队伍力量,保障学生的高质量培养和高质量就业。In the era of million enrollment expansion,study on countermeasure strategies of higher vocational colleges concerning faculty cultivation was performed,intending to reveal the rising novel requirements following expanding enrollments,furthermore,supporting human resource system could be established for the sake of increased enrollment.Based on existing faculty structure study of 18 first-class higher vocational colleges in Guangdong province,the shortcoming reflected are mainly focused on deficiencies in magnitude,quality and content.On these bases,referring to theoretical research achievements and practical experience from domestic and abroad,we propose a serial of solutions as meanwhile application of multiple measurements,directed talent attraction,employment management improvement,strengthen the combination of professional and part-time faculty structure,promotion of the teacher management system reformation,in order to stimulate endogenous motivation of teachers,which would provide compelling support on teaching staff and further back up high quality training and employment of students.
