摘 要:目的:了解医教协同背景下江苏省临床医学硕士专业学位研究生的专业认同及满意度情况,为后续的教学与管理工作提供参考。方法:对533名江苏省临床医学硕士专业学位研究生进行问卷调查,对数据进行描述统计、差异性检验和多重线性回归分析。结果:临床医学硕士专业学位研究生对于医教协同培养模式的平均满意度为(3.46±0.70);其中90.7%的人认可该培养模式,61.3%的人愿意参与该计划;医教协同培养模式的认同度、所属医院与经济补贴是影响满意度的因素(P<0.05)。结论:江苏省临床医学硕士专业学位研究生对医教协同培养模式的满意度处于中等偏上水平,在课程设置、上课时间安排、科室轮转安排、经济补贴等方面有待进一步完善。Objective:To investigate the degree of satisfaction and professional identity of professional postgraduates of clinical medicine in Jiangsu province under the background of medical and educational cooperation,so as to provide references for subsequent teaching and management.Methods:533 professional postgraduates of clinical medicine were selected to conduct a questionnaire survey,and descriptive statistics,difference test and multiple linear regression analysis were conducted on the survey results.Results:The average satisfaction of professional postgraduates of clinical medicine with this training mode was(3.46±0.70).90.7%of them recognized the training mode,and 61.3%of them were willing to participate in the plan.The level of identity of the training mode,affiliated hospital and financial subsidies were the influencing factors of satisfaction(P<0.05).Conclusion:The degree of satisfaction with the medical and educational collaborative training mode of professional postgraduates of clinical medicine in Jiangsu province is above the average level,and the course setting,class schedule,department rotation and economic subsidies need to be further improved.
