摘  要:茯砖茶(FBT)是一种主要由茶树(Camellia sinensis)成熟度较高的鲜叶制成的中国传统后发酵茶,是边疆少数民族生活中必不可少的营养补充剂。FBT加工过程中因冠突散囊菌(Aspergillus cristatus)发酵作用而在其表面和内部产生独特的金黄色颗粒。FBT具有抗氧化、抗肥胖、降血糖、抗炎症、调节肠道菌群等多种药理功能,其中调节脂代谢和肠道菌群是FBT最重要的两种活性功能。文章对FBT的调节脂代谢和肠道菌群研究进行总结,提高对FBT药理功能的认识,同时促进FBT的进一步研究与开发利用。Fuzhuan Brick Tea(FBT),a traditional Chinese post-fermented tea,is mainly made from leaves of the plant Camellia sinensis with higher maturity.FBT is an essential nutritional supplement for the ethnic groups living in the border regions of China.In the process of FBT processing,unique golden yellow particles are produced on the surface and inside of FBT by the fermentation of Aspergillus cristatus,FBT has many pharmacological functions such as anti-oxidation,anti-obesity,lowering blood sugar,anti-inflammatory,and regulating gut microbiota.Among them,regulating lipid metabolism and gut microbiota are the two most important active functions of FBT.This paper summarized the research on the regulation of lipid metabolism and gut microbiota of FBT,in order to increase the understanding of the pharmacological functions of FBT and promote the further research of FBT.
