摘　　要：课堂教学质量是实现专业人才培养质量的核心要素,随着高职教育的发展和教学诊改工作的推进,课堂教学质量评价也要与时俱进。文章在分析现行评价方式问题的基础上,利用PDCA工作原理,从诊改视角构建“四元”“三维”的课堂教学质量评价模式,激发教师主动开展教学反思、不断提升执教能力的积极性,促进课堂教学质量的螺旋式上升。The quality of classroom teaching is the key element to accomplish the quality of talent cultivation.Along with the development of polytechnic education and the promotion of teaching diagnosis and reform,the evaluation of classroom teaching quality shall keep pace with the times.Based on the analysis of the problems of the current evaluation methods,by adopting PDCA principle,this paper establishes a"quaternary and three-dimensional"evaluation mode of classroom teaching quality from the perspective of diagnosis and reform,inspires teachers'initiative to carry out teaching reflection,constantly enhancesthe enthusiasm of teaching ability,and promotes the spiral escalation of teaching quality.
