摘 要:乡村振兴战略对乡村教育提出了新的要求,适应乡村教育变化的教师能力也应与时俱进。新时代乡村教师的核心能力主要包括教育教学能力、乡土知识能力、课程开发能力及自我内生能力。乡村教师核心能力的培育需要高校、教育行政部门和教师自身的共同努力,打牢教师职前基础,重视职业能力培训,加强为乡信念培植,扩充自身乡土知识,开展创新能力教育,丰富教育生活实践,发挥教师主导作用,强化专业内生能力。The rural revitalization strategy puts forward new requirements for rural education,and the teachers'ability to adapt to the changes of rural education should also keep pace with the times.The core competence of rural teachers in the new era mainly includes education and teaching ability,local knowledge ability,curriculum development ability and self endogenous ability.The cultivation of rural teachers'core competence requires the joint efforts of colleges and universities,educational administrative departments and teachers themselves to lay a solid foundation for teachers,pay attention to vocational ability training,strengthen the cultivation of rural beliefs,expand their own local knowledge,improve the education of innovation ability,enrich the practice of educational life,give full play to the main role of teachers and strengthen professional endogenous ability.
