摘 要:工匠精神与新时代技术技能人才培养深度融合是高职院校面临的新课题与新挑战。工匠精神融入高职院校技能型人才培养的现状是:院校重视支持程度不够,教师引领带动作用不明显,学生主体责任意识不强,社会价值取向出现偏差,等等。引导学生正确理解、认同和践行工匠精神,应营造校园良好氛围,夯实工匠精神培育土壤;优化教师队伍结构,打造工匠精神传承梯队;创新人才培养模式,实现工匠精神认同内化;纠正社会价值导向,搭建工匠精神实践平台。The deep integration of craftsman spirit and the cultivation of skilled talents in the new era is a new topic and challenge faced by vocational colleges.The current situation of integrating craftsman spirit into the cultivation of skilled talents in vocational colleges is that colleges do not pay enough attention to support,teachers do not play an obvious leading role,students’subject responsibility consciousness is not strong,and there are deviations in social value orientation.To guide students to correctly understand,recognize and practice the craftsman spirit,we should create a good atmosphere on campus to consolidate the soil for cultivating the craftsman spirit,optimize the structure of teachers to create an echelon for inheriting the craftsman spirit,innovate the student-training mode to realize the internalization of craftsman’s spiritual identity,correct social value orientation to build a platform for craftsman spirit practice.
