摘  要:儒家教育思想对今天的职业教育仍有诸多启发和指导意义。本文立足新时代职业教育发展大背景,就儒家优秀传统教育思想进行思考,特别是从儒家教育思想中汲取营养,彰显文化自信,丰富职教人才培养的人文素养,并以通识教育作为渠道,对新时代职业教育人才培养进行学理性辨析,最后从职教人才德育养成、人才培养体系创新、职业反思精神塑造、弘扬文化自信四个实践维度出发,进一步丰富新时代中国儒家优秀传统教育的生命力,促进我国职教人才培养的内在张力和外在效能。Confucian educational thoughts are still significant and instructive in guiding today's vocational education.Aimed at promoting the development of vocational education in the new era,this paper reflects upon the excellent traditional educational thoughts of Confucianism,trying to extract nutrition from Confucian educational thoughts,which may enhance the cultural confidence and humanistic quality cultivation in the personnel training through vocational education.Besides,having the general education as a channel,it makes a theoretical analysis on the talent training of vocational education in the modern times.Additionally,it renews the vitality of the excellent traditional Chinese Confucian educational thoughts from four practical dimensions--cultivation of the morals,innovation of personnel training system,shaping of vocational reflection spirit and promotion of cultural self-confidence--so as to promote the internal tension and external efficiency of vocational education in today's China.
