“双减”背景下大学生参与影子教育调查研究

摘　　要：我国学校教育不断发展的同时,影子教育市场也在迅速扩张,大学生在影子教育中扮演了重要角色。为了解大学生参与影子教育的目的、资质及参与途径和形式,文章利用问卷星平台对327名以“教师”角色参与影子教育的高校学生进行问卷调查和访谈。结果表明:大学生参与影子教育的功利性较强;参与影子教育的大学生存在教师资格与补习科目不匹配的问题;他们为中小学生提供学科类补习的形式主要有线下机构兼职教师和家教两类;他们参与影子教育的途径多样,但并未受到规范管理。在“双减”政策下,政府需对大学生参与影子教育进行规范引导和管理:正确认识影子教育的教育价值,强化其社会公益性;严格把控师资准入,加强教师专业培训;规范大学生从事影子教育的途径,将影子教育纳入公立教育体系管理范围;制定相关管理法规条例,依法治理影子教育。With the continuous development of school education in China,the shadow education market is also expanding rapidly,and college students play an important role in shadow education.In order to understand the purpose,qualification and ways and form of college students to participate in shadow education,the article used the questionnaire star platform to conduct a questionnaire survey and interview with 327 college students who participated in shadow education with the role of"teacher".The results show that college students’utilitarianism in shadow education,and discrepancy between the teachers’qualification and the tutoring subjects.They provide subject-based tutoring mainly as part-time teachers in tutoring institutions and family tutors.Their participation in shadow education in various forms and without any regulations.Under the"double reduction"policy,the government should guide and manage college students participating in shadow education,correctly understand the educational value of shadow education,strengthen its social benefits,strictly tighten the qualification control,and strengthen teacher professional training.Efforts also should be made to standardize college students’participation in the shadow education,incorporate it into the management scope of public education system,formulate relevant management regulations,and govern shadow education according to law.
