摘　　要：专业实验教学是培养食品与质量安全专业具有创新能力和实践能力的高素质应用型人才的重要环节和途径。从以学生能力培养为中心的教学理念出发,对食品质量与安全专业的实验教学内容、教学模式和教学评价方法等方面的改革进行了探讨研究。Specialized experimental teaching is an important way to cultivate the high-quality talents with innovative and practical ability in food quality and safety.Based on the teaching idea of centering on the students'ability cultivation,the reform on the experimental teaching content,teaching mode and teaching evaluation method of food quality and safety specialty were explored in this paper.
