摘  要:职业教育是一种以职业能力为核心的能力本位教育,职业能力是衡量职业院校学生质量高低的核心标准,现行的职业教育制度中并没有一个统一的评价标准来衡量学生是不是真正掌握了职业技能,是不是具备了适应工作岗位的职业能力;。如何突破中高职教育衔接存在的问题,基于职业能力测评体系的研究,实现中高职有效衔接,创新职业教育技术技能人才培养模式、提高中高职院校人才培养质量,从而倒逼中高职人才培养方案、课程体系、课程内容、招生考试等方面的改革,是职业教育长期研究的问题,也是适应经济社会行业发展对高技能人才的迫切需要;。Vocational education is a kind of competency based education with vocational ability as the core.Vocational ability is the core standard to measure the quality of students in vocational colleges.There is no unified evaluation standard in the current vocational education system to measure whether students really master vocational skills and the vocational ability to adapt to the job.How to break through the problems existing in the connection of secondary and higher vocational education,based on the research of vocational ability evaluation system,realize the effective connection of secondary and higher vocational education,innovate the training mode of technical and skilled talents in vocational education,and improve the talent training quality of secondary and higher vocational colleges,so as to force the reform of secondary and higher vocational talent training scheme,curriculum system,curriculum content,enrollment and examination,is not only a long-term research problem of vocational education,but also an urgent need for highly skilled talents to adapt to the development of economic and social industries.
