过磷酸钙、生物炭、腐殖酸对双孢菇胞外酶活性和营养成分的影响

摘  要:以不添加过磷酸钙(CK)作为对照,研究了玉米秸秆发酵料中添加过磷酸钙(P)、过磷酸钙+生物炭(P+BC)、过磷酸钙+腐殖酸(P+HA)对双孢菇菌丝体、原基和子实体生长阶段菌丝体胞外酶的活性及双孢菇产量和营养成分的影响。结果表明:与CK相比,处理P、P+BC、P+HA增加了双孢菇菌丝体、原基、子实体生长阶段羧甲基纤维素酶、半纤维素酶、漆酶、过氧化物酶、淀粉酶的活性,其中处理P、P+HA显著增加了第一潮菇鲜菇产量、生物学效率、干物质含量、粗蛋白含量、总糖含量。综合来看,玉米秸秆发酵料中添加过磷酸钙+腐殖酸的情况下,双孢菇生物学效率和粗蛋白含量最高。With no superphosphate(CK)as control,this paper studied the effects of adding superphosphate(P),superphosphate+biochar(P+BC),superphosphate+humic acid(P+HA)to the fermented corn straw on extracellular enzyme activity of Agaricus bisporus in the mycelium,primordium and sporophore growth stage.Meanwhile,their effects on yield and nutrients of Agaricus bisporus were also studied.The results showed that compared with CK,treatment P,treatment P+BC and treatment P+HA increased the activities of sodium carboxymethyl cellulase,hemicellulase,laccase,peroxidase and amylase during the mycelium,primordium and sporophore growth stage.Treatment P and treatment P+HA significantly increased the yield of the first tide fresh mushrooms,biological efficiency,dry matter content,crude protein content and total sugar content.On the whole,when superphosphate+humic acid were added to the fermented corn straw,biological efficiency and crude protein content of Agaricus bisporus were the highest.
