摘 要:目的 探讨情景模拟联合教师标准化病人在脑卒中康复技能培训及考核中的应用效果。方法 选取2019年3月10日-2019年5月2期老年介护班学员为研究对象,分为对照组和实验组。2组学员均由相同的2位教师担任标准化病人、授课及考核,教师按照培训计划授课,概述部分2组均采取PPT多媒体教学,对照组采用传统教学法,而实验组采用情景模拟联合教师标准化病人的教学法授课。结果 结业时实验组理论知识和实践技能成绩均优于对照组(P<0.05)。在双向教学10个维度评价方面有7个维度均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 将情景模拟联合教师标准化病人的教学模式应用到脑卒中康复延伸技能培训及考核中,学员接受度和认可度较高,具有良好的教学效果。Objective To explore the application effect of scenario simulation combined with standardized teachers in the skills training and assessment of stroke rehabilitation. Methods From March 10, 2019 to May 2019, the second-stage elderly students were selected as the study subjects, which were the control group and the experimental group. The two groups of teachers were treated by the same two teachers as standardized patients, lectures and assessments. The teachers were taught according to the training plan. The strokes were summarized in both groups. PPT multimedia teaching was adopted. The rehabilitation assessment, treatment and nursing control groups were based on traditional teaching methods. The experimental group was taught by the situational simulation and standardized patient teaching method. Results The results of the completion of the experiment showed that the theoretical knowledge and practical skills of the experimental group were better than the control group(P<0.05). There were 7 dimensions in the evaluation of 10 dimensions of two-way teaching, which were better than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Scenario simulation combined with teacher’s standardized patient teaching mode is applied to the training and assessment of extended.
