摘　　要：为了解我国体育学科建设政策与研究发展情况,立足元理论与学科制度视角,采用文献资料研究、专家访谈、逻辑分析等方法,对《中华人民共和国学位条例》(以下简称《学位条例》)颁布40年来体育学科发展的历史阶段进行了划分,对相关政策、文献进行了统计和述评。结果表明,40年来我国体育学科发展经历了《学位条例》指导下的规范发展时期,科研导向下的蓬勃发展时期和“双一流”建设下的高水平发展时期3个阶段。40年来,体育学科建设研究成果逐年增多,至2005年进入快速发文期,2011年达到一个高点后进入发文量稳定阶段,国家社会科学基金等高水平项目立项数量不断增多,研究主要聚焦在“体育学科属性”“体育学科结构与体系建构”“体育学科发展现状与出路”等领域,研究视角逐渐丰富,促进了我国体育学科的发展。但现有研究也存在以下不足:(1)重视学科概念应用,忽视学科建设内涵;(2)重视理论探讨,轻视实证分析;(3)重视国外经验借鉴,忽视本土化发展研究;(4)重视体育学科体系内部重构研究,忽视学科建设体制、机制研究;(5)重视体育学科建设内因研究,轻视学科建设外因研究。基于上述分析提出如下建议:(1)加强体育学科知识生产与创新,持续推进学科理智建设;(2)强化体育学术自组织研究,持续推进学科组织建设;(3)强化国家和社会需求导向,持续推进学科制度建设。In order to understand the development of sports discipline construction policy and academic research in China,using the methods of literature survey,expert interview and logic analysis,the study identified the development stages of sports discipline construction in 40 years since the promulgation of the Regulations on Academic Degrees of the People’s Republic of China,and reviewed and commented on related policy and literature.The result shows that 40 years of sports discipline construction has experienced three stages of standard development under the guidance of“Academic Degree Regulation”,vigorous development under the guidance of scientific research,high-level development with the construction of“double top universities”.In the past 40 years,the research findings of sports discipline construction are increasing.It had entered papers rapid publishing period since 2005,and reached top in 2011,then kept stable afterwards.More and more high level programs such as“The National Social Science Fund of China”were approved.The researches mainly focused on“the nature of sports discipline”,“sports discipline structure and system building”,“sports discipline development status and future”,etc.With various perspectives,the researches improved the development of sports discipline in China.Meanwhile,the paper analyzed the problems and deficiencies of the researches of sport discipline construction:(1)The researches attached importance to the concept of sports discipline to the neglect of the connotation of discipline construction;(2)the researches attached importance to the theory discussion to the neglect of empirical analysis;(3)the researches attached importance to international experience reference to the neglect of domestic development research;(4)the researches attached importance to the inner-system restructure to the neglect of researches on system and mechanism;(5)the researches attached importance to internal cause to the neglect the external cause of the sports discipline construction.T
