摘 要:为分析大坡道地段米轨扣件系统线路整体稳定性,以某山区拟建的米轨铁路为背景,通过道床阻力试验获取该线路纵向阻力参数,建立齿轨轨排有限元模型分析不利荷载情况下的道床纵向移动,在此基础上以正常安装状态下钢轨与轨下胶垫产生的相对滑移量作为评价指标,分析大坡道情况下米轨-扣件系统的整体稳定性。研究结果表明:(1)螺栓扭矩至少达到135 N·m时,此时扣压力为8.2 kN,才能满足设计文件的扣压力要求;(2)坡度250‰时,列车荷载在仅由钢轨承担、仅由齿轨承担及钢轨与齿轨共同承担3种情况下,钢轨与轨下胶垫相对滑移均小于1 mm,可保证米轨-扣件系统的整体稳定性;(3)在最不利情况下(纵向力全部由钢轨承担),单组扣件系统至少承担50%的轮轨垂向力方能保证钢轨不会出现纵向滑移。In order to analyze the overall line stability of the meter-gauge rail fastener system in large ramp area,the longitudinal resistance parameters of the track are obtained through ballast resistance test and the finite element model of the rack track is established with reference to the proposed meter-gauge railway in a mountainous area so as to analyze the longitudinal movement of the ballast bed under unfavorable load.On this basis,the relative slip between the rail and the rubber pad under the rail is taken as the evaluation index to analyze the overall stability of the meter rail fastener system in large ramp sections.The results show that(1)When the bolt torque reaches at least 135 N·m,the toe load is 8.2 kN to meet the requirements of the design document.(2)At a slope of 250‰,the relative slip between the rail and the rubber pad under rail is less than 1 mm,which can ensure the overall stability of meter rail fastener system.(3)In the most disadvantageous case(the longitudinal force is all borne by the rail),the single fastener system should bear at least 50%of the wheel-rail vertical force to ensure that the rail doesn’t slip longitudinally.
