摘　　要：开展全日制工程硕士校外实践基地评价,是保障全日制工程硕士教学质量、提升其实践能力的重要环节。文章通过国内外文献研究与专家访谈,基于PDCA理论构建了全日制工程硕士校外实践基地评价体系,并运用该体系对全国四大区域22所高校、10所科研院所和84个校外实践基地进行了实证分析,结果发现:优秀型、合格型、不合格基地占比分别为28%、56%、16%;按调查区域分,西南西北地区的基地建设较为薄弱;按院校类型分,普通高校对基地的重视程度相对较高;按基地规模分,中型企业所属的基地建设效果最好。最后,文章针对实证分析结果提出相应的建议,以期为校外实践基地的高效运行和可持续发展提供参考。The evaluation of off-campus practice bases for full-time Master of Engineering is an important link to guarantee the teaching quality of full-time Master of Engineering and improve their practical ability.Through research on literature at home and abroad and expert interviews,an evaluation system of off-campus practice bases for full-time masters of Engineering was established based on PDCA theory,and the empirical analysis was conducted among 22 universities and 10 research institutes and 84 off-campus practice bases in four regions of China by applying this evaluation system.The results showed that:excellent,qualified and unqualified off-campus practice bases accounted for 28%,56%and 16%,respectively,and according to the survey regions,the construction of off-campus practice bases in southwest and northwest China was relatively weak.According to the types of colleges and universities,ordinary colleges and universities attached relatively higher importance to off-campus practice bases.According to the size of bases,the off-campus practice bases belonging to medium-sized enterprises had the best construction effect.Finally,corresponding countermeasures and suggestions were put forward according to the analysis results,expecting to provide reference for the efficient operation and sustainable development of off-campus practice bases.
