摘  要:为满足农产品加工与质量检测行业对应用型专业人才的需求,探究课题化教学在都匀毛尖特色茶产品加工实践教学中的应用,该文对比分析了课题化教学模式和传统教学模式的实施效果。结果表明,课题化教学模式能提高学生综合分析问题和实际动手的能力,培养创新创业意识,对于培养实践应用型、创新型人才具有重要意义。In order to meet the needs of agricultural products processing and quality testing industry for application oriented professionals,explored to the application of subject-based teaching in duyun Maojian specialty tea product processing practice teaching,This paper compared the implementation effect of subject-based teaching mode and traditional teaching mode.The results show that the subject-based teaching model can improve the ability of compre⁃hensive analysis,practical ability,innovation and entrepreneurship consciousness for students,it is of great signifi⁃cance to cultivate practical application-oriented and innovative talents.
