摘 要:目的:探索Mini-CEX联合360度考核在精神科实习生医患沟通、人文关怀能力培养中的作用。方法:将71名实习生随机分成实验组和对照组。采用Mini-CEX联合360度考核对实验组的医患沟通、人文关怀能力进行评估,对照组仅进行360度考核。结果:实验组的Mini-CEX各因子分、出科前评分均高于入科后评分。360度考核中,实验组除实习医生评价以外的各项分值均高于对照组。结论:Mini-CEX联合360度考核可以较好地评价和提高精神科实习生的医患沟通、人文关怀能力。Objective:To explore the role of Mini-CEX combined with 360-degree assessment in doctor-patient communication and humanistic care ability cultivation of psychiatric interns.Methods:71 interns were randomly divided into study group and control group.Mini-CEX combined with 360-degree assessment was used to evaluate doctor-patient communication and humanistic care ability of the research group,while the control group was only assessed with 360 degrees.Results:In the study group,the factors scores of the last Mini-CEX were higher than that of the initial Mini-CEX assessment.In the 360-degree assessment,the factors scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group except for the factor of interns evaluation.Conclusion:Mini-CEX combined with 360-degree assessment can better evaluate and improve the doctor-patient communication and humanistic care ability of psychiatric interns.
