浅议思维导图在中医急诊临床思维培养中的应用

摘　　要：中医思维是指中医在从事医学活动过程中运用中医理论和方法理解自然、社会和人体生理病理问题,诊断和治疗疾病的思维模式。中医急诊学是中医临床思维和中医学理论相结合的临床应用学科。如何培养中医急诊临床思维成为了中医急诊学教学中的关键问题。随着时代的变迁、科学知识环境和语言表达方式的变化,现代中医思维的培养需要新的学习工具。思维导图是表达发散性思维有效的图形思维工具,这种现代思维工具的应用将有助于中医急诊临床思维的培养。此文主要通过分析中医急诊思维培养的困境,寻求现代中医思维培养方法的热点,还有思维导图与中医急诊临床思维培养的关系等几个方面来探讨思维导图在中医急诊临床思维培养中的可行性与有效性。此文通过探讨思维导图在中医急诊临床思维的应用,旨在寻求一条现代中医急诊临床思维培养的新途径。Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)thinking refers to the thinking mode which uses TCM theories and methods to understand natural,social and human physiological and pathological problems,diagnose and treat diseases in the process of medical activities.TCM emergency medicine is a clinical application subject combining TCM clinical thinking and theory.How to cultivate the clinical thinking of TCM emergency has become a key problem in the teaching of TCM emergency.With the changes of times,with the changes of knowledge environment and language expression,the cultivation of modern TCM thinking needs new learning tools.Mind map is an effective graphic thinking tool to express divergent thinking.The application of this modern thinking tool will contribute to the cultivation of clinical thinking in TCM emergency.This paper mainly discusses the feasibility and effectiveness of mind map in the cultivation of clinical thinking in TCM emergency by analyzing the dilemma of TCM emergency thinking cultivation,seeking the hot spot of modern TCM thinking cultivation methods,and the relationship between mind map and TCM emergency clinical thinking cultivation.By discussing the application of mind map in clinical thinking of TCM emergency,this paper aims to find a new way to cultivate modern clinical thinking of TCM emergency.
