摘  要:为探索功能性饲料添加剂对克氏原螯虾非特异性免疫力及抗氧化能力的影响,选取大小一致、附肢完好的克氏原螯虾幼虾[初始平均体质量(9.84±1.17)g],随机分为2组,其中一组为对照组(D1,投喂普通商品料),另一组为试验组(D2,投喂功能性饲料)。连续投喂40 d,分别于试验前(0 d)、试验后第10、20、30、40天采样,并检测克氏原螯虾血清相关免疫指标和肝胰腺抗氧化指标,综合评价该功能性饲料添加剂对克氏原螯虾的作用效果。结果表明:随着投喂时间的增加,克氏原螯虾血淋巴溶菌酶(LZM)的活性呈先降低后升高的趋势,碱性磷酸酶(ALP)和酸性磷酸酶(ACP)的活性呈相反的变化趋势;虾肝胰腺超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活性呈降低的趋势,丙二醛(MAD)呈逐渐升高的变化趋势。与对照组相比,功能性饲料组虾的血淋巴LZM活性在投喂后第30、40天时,ALP和ACP活性在投喂后第10、20天时显著提高(P<0.05);功能性饲料组虾的肝胰腺MDA活性在投喂后第20、30天时显著降低(P<0.05);两组虾的肝胰腺SOD和CAT活性在投喂前后差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。指出,在该试验条件下,与普通商品料相比,投喂功能性饲料可以在一定程度上提高克氏原螯虾机体的免疫力和抗氧化能力。A 40 days feeding trial was conducted to investigate the effects of functional feed additive on nonspecific immunity and antioxidant capacity of Procambarus clarkii. P. clarkii [initial average body weight:(9.84±1.17) g] were randomly divided into two groups(D1 and D2), crayfish in D1 and D2 group were fed common commercial feed of P. clarkii(basic diet) and functional feed, respectively. The serum immunological and hepatopancreas antioxidant indices were investigated at 0, 10, 20, 30 and 40 d after feeding, respectively. The results showed that with feeding time, the serum LZM activity in crayfish decreased at first and then increased, the ALP and ACP activities showed the opposite trend;the hepatopancreas SOD and CAT activities de creased to some extent, the hepatopancreas MDA activity was significantly increased(P<0.05). After feeding, compared with the control group, the serum LZM and ALP, ACP activities of P. clarkii fed with functional feed were signifi cantly increased at 30, 40 d and 10, 20 d, respectively(P<0.05);the hepatopancreas MDA activity of P. clarkii fed with functional feed was significantly decreased at 20, 30 d(P<0.05);while the difference of hepatopancreas SOD and CAT activities between two groups was not significant(P>0.05). In conclusion, these results indicate that functional feed could improve the immunity and antioxidant capacity of P. clarkii compared to common commercial feed.
