摘　　要：围绕中医临床研究生科研能力培养的问题进行了讨论,论述了中医临床专业研究生科研能力培养的重要性及医院、导师、研究生在科研能力培养过程中各自所扮演的角色,明确每个角色的具体分工,提出完善科研能力培养过程中的具体方案,并指出进一步优化中医临床专业研究生科研能力培养的重要意义。This paper discusses the cultivation of scientific research ability of clinical postgraduates of traditional Chinese medicine,discusses the importance of the cultivation of scientific research ability of clinical postgraduates of traditional Chinese medicine and the respective roles of hospitals,mentors and postgraduates in the process of cultivating scientific research ability,defines the specific division of labor of each role,and puts forward specific plans to improve the training process of scientific research ability.It also points out the important significance of further optimizing the cultivation of scientific research ability of postgraduates majoring in traditional Chinese medicine.
