摘  要:化工传递过程课程是化工类本科生和研究生的专业基础课程,从理论上阐释了动量传递、热量传递和质量传递的基本规律,并揭示了“传递现象”的普遍性和类似性。化工传递过程因极具理论性,需要学生理解和推导的内容较多,涉及的数学知识也偏难,在教学实施过程中,对教师和学生都是一种挑战。近年来,为增强学生对“传递现象”的认识,很多高校采用经典教材《Transport Phenomena》(R. Byron Bird et al, Second Edition)开展教学实践。新疆大学化工学院开设这门课,采用上述教材实施英汉双语教学。教学过程发现,学生在进行双语学习时出现了较多的问题和困难。针对在教学中出现的问题,作者结合在授课过程中的体会总结出来了一些经验和对策。Chemical engineering transport process is a professional basic course for undergraduates and postgraduates of chemical engineering. This paper theoretically explains the basic laws of momentum transfer, heat transfer and mass transfer, and reveals the universality and similarity of “Transfer Phenomenon”. Chemical engineering transport process is very theoretical, which requires students to understand and deduce more content, and involves more diff icult mathematical knowledge. In the process of teaching implementation, it is a challenge for teachers and students. In recent years, in order to enhance students’ understanding of “transfer phenomenon”, many colleges and universities have adopted the classic textbook “transport phenomena”(R. Byron bird et al, Second Edition) to carry out teaching practice. In the process of setting up this course, College of Chemical Engineering,Xinjiang University has also adopted this textbook to implement English Chinese bilingual teaching. It is found that there are many problems and diff iculties in bilingual learning. In view of the problems in teaching, the author summarizes some experience and countermeasures combined with the experience in the teaching process.
