摘 要:实践性是教师职业的本质属性,实践教学能力培养是高质量师资队伍建设的重要组成维度。构建职前教育、入职教育、在职教育多阶段一体贯通的实践课程体系,建立基础能力、综合能力、创新能力多层次交叉融合的实验教学体系,创设校内实验、网络平台、校外基地多维度协同共育的实践平台,是以实践教学能力提升为核心的创新性教师教育培养模式。教师实践教学能力培养的实施路径是:建立健全实践教学能力培养的体制机制,重构实践教学能力关照的培养方案,实施融合式实践教学能力培养,推动教师实践教学能力评价方式改革。Practicality is the essential attribute of teachers’profession,and the cultivation of practical teaching ability is an important component dimension of the development of high-quality teachers.We should build a“multi-stage”practice curriculum system integrating pre-service education,inductive education and on-the-job education,establish a“multi-level”experimental teaching system integrating basic ability,comprehensive ability and innovation ability,and create a“multi-dimension”practice platform system of collaborative education of on-campus experiment,network platform and off-campus base,which is an innovative teacher education and training mode focusing on the improvement of practical teaching ability.The implementation path of training teachers’practical teaching ability is to establish and improve the system and mechanism of practical teaching ability training,reconstruct the training program of practical teaching ability care,implement the integrated practical teaching ability path,and promote the reform of teachers’practical teaching ability evaluation method.
