摘 要:目的探讨分析在网络信息化条件下在传染病临床教学中应用CBL教学法的教学效果。方法将广州医科大学第一临床学院2020年1—12月的67名2017级本科临床医学专业学生选取为CBL组,将同期的101名2017级本科中西医结合专业学生选取为LBL组,比较两组学生问卷调查结果与测评成绩之间的差异。结果CBL组学生认为教学方案能提高交流表达能力、文献查阅能力、学习兴趣、巩固基础理论知识、拓展课堂知识、培养临床思维能力、分析与总结能力、团队协作能力的赞同率比LBL组高,教学重点明确赞同率比LBL组低,分析题、记忆题、理解题及测评总分比LBL组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论和在传染病临床教学中采用LBL教学模式相比,网络信息化条件下的CBL模式教学质量更高。Objective To investigate the teaching effect of CBL teaching method in clinical teaching of infectious diseases under the condition of network information.Methods From January to December 2020,67 undergraduate clinical medicine students of the First Clinical College of Guangzhou Medical University were selected as CBL group,and 101 undergraduate students of 2017 with integrated Traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the same period were selected as LBL group to compare the differences between the questionnaire survey results and the evaluation results of the two groups.Results The students in the CBL group think teaching scheme can improve communication ability,literature reference ability,learning interest,consolidate basic theoretical knowledge,expand classroom knowledge,cultivate clinical thinking ability,analysis and summary ability,team cooperation ability than LBL group,teaching focus than LBL group,analysis,memory,understanding and assessment score than LBL group,difference has statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The teaching quality of the CBL teaching method under the condition of network information is higher than that of LBL teaching mode in clinical teaching of infectious diseases.
