摘 要:目的探讨案例教学法与传统教学法在普外科临床教学中的效果。方法2018年9月—2019月10月期间,选择本院普外科接收的临床医学五年制本科生作为实习生进行研究,共74名进行随机分组,对照组采取传统教学法,共37名,观察组采取案例教学法,共37名,对两组试卷考核成绩及技能考核成绩进行统计,并评价实习生教学满意度及胜任力。结果观察组理论考核、病理分析及及总成绩均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组问诊、体格检查、临床判断、专业素质、谘商技巧、组织效率及整体表现等技能考核成绩均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组对巩固理论知识、临床思维培养、创造思维培养、学习兴趣、学生主体体现、临床技能培养、师生互动的满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组通用能力、专业精神、临床诊疗、沟通技巧能力评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论普外科实习生临床教学中采取案例教学法可体现个性化、真实性特征,促使理论和技能的融合,提高整体能力,而且具有全方位胜任力培养优势,实习生对教学方式的满意度高,积极参与其中,教学价值较高。Objective To explore the effect of case teaching method and traditional teaching method in general surgery clinical teaching.Methods From September 2018 to October 2019,five-year clinical medicine undergraduates accepted in our hospital in general surgery were selected as interns for research.A total of 74 students were randomly divided into groups,and traditional teaching methods were used as the control group,a total of 37 students,Adopt the case teaching method as the observation group,a total of 37 people,evaluate the two sets of test paper assessment results and skills assessment results,and evaluate the teaching satisfaction and competence of interns.Results The observation group's theoretical assessment,pathological analysis and total scores were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The skill assessment scores of the observation group such as consultation,physical examination,clinical judgment,professional quality,consulting skills,organizational efficiency and overall performance were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The observation group’s satisfaction with consolidation of theoretical knowledge,clinical thinking training,creative thinking training,learning interest,student body performance,clinical skills training,and teacher-student interaction were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).The general ability,professionalism,clinical diagnosis and treatment,and communication skills of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The case teaching method adopted in clinical teaching of general surgery interns can reflect the characteristics of individuality and authenticity,promote the integration of theory and skills,improve overall ability,and has the advantages of comprehensive competence training.Interns are satisfied with the teaching method High,active participation,high teaching value.
